Great pricing and great customer service. First time ordering and it was ridiculously easy. Thanks to Nesha who organised everything. Added stuff to my order a few days before it was due for delivery without any problems. Delivery was fast, on-time and they dropped the timber exactly where I needed it. This weekend we returned some bits that we didn't use, refunded promptly. Nothing to fault here. Also got some good advice on decking when we popped in to do the returns. Thank you!

My carpenter told me to go through NHS after a bungled order for a smart robe doors and track ended poorly with a competitor. Allan at Lambton had the answers and was able to get my built in doors and track sorted with minimal fuss. Very grateful for someone who knew what they were doing and knew his stock.

Very rarely do I ever come across good customer service in Hardware Stores but after calling into NHS Lambton I was very impressed with the service. Amanda is exceptional in customer service and has great product knowledge. She went above and beyond to assist me Friday morning and even followed through with a phone call to confirm that delivery would be made the next morning. Will definitely be returning to this hardware store. Thanks Amanda

I'm only a DIYer but NHS are great to deal with! Nesha made sure that I'd get the timber that I needed and was very helpful on the phone. Prices were 35% less than Bunnings for the timber I wanted, and they organised delivery within a reasonable window in a couple of days time. If you're doing a reasonable sized project, give NHS a call and support a local business!

NHS Lambton has been absolutely fantastic in sourcing materials and having good quality products during my build. The Team and Staff are fantastic in helping out in all areas.

Honestly every time we have dealt with Lambton branch they have been so pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. The staff are an absolute credit to the company. Their customer service is impeccable.
